Rebuild of the Vine provision for delivering Education, Health and Care Plans for 19 - 25 year olds with Complex Needs

Vine is an adult education service for young people (aged 19-25) with an Education Health and Care Plan.  This proposal concerns the construction of a new building for Vine on a new site. This will enable Vine to move out of the existing building which is no longer fit for purpose.
