Previously:
Between February and April 2018 - asked for feedback on perceptions of the need for change and the principle of an improvement scheme.
Between August and Monday September 2019 - a second consultation, this time on the preliminary design which enabled local stakeholders and the wider public to view and comment on the proposed development.
Currently:
Between March and April 2021 - to update stakeholders and those involved in previous rounds of consultation on the changes made to the preliminary design, the process includes:
Online Consultation via Commonplace
Audio, Video and Screen sharing meetings and briefings (due to Covid-19)
Delivery of leaflets to resident and businesses
Outreach Activity (for hard to reach and minority groups)
City Square
We are currently undertaking a targeted engagement exercise with key Stakeholders, and residents and businesses that are directly affected by the scheme. We are seeking comments on the proposals and to understand if there are any concerns regarding servicing and access to properties.
A comprehensive public engagement exercise will be undertaken in the summer following Local and Mayoral elections.
