To gain approval to extend the YORbuild2 framework by six months through the modification of contracts during their term under Regulation 72 (1) (c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The YORbuild2 frameworks are currently in their extended periods and are due to expire in February 2022. However, the procurement of replacement frameworks has been delayed by disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and potential suppliers are now experiencing significant emerging and unexpected Covid-19 related pressures.
