Is it proposed that a specialist accommodation unit for adults with severe learning disabilities and autism is built on the site of the former Kirkland House care home in North West Leeds. Executive Board is requested to note the scope change with the project and the request to proceed to planning and design freeze, at which stage an additional paper will be submitted Executive Board to proceed to the build stage of procurement and will include a detailed cost plan |
