A report will be presented to the Director of Adults and Health requesting authority to directly award the PA payroll and Managed Bank contract to LCIL. The award is anticipated to be 12 months plus up to 12 months contract. |

The service will support all Leeds residents in receipt of a direct payment to be offered a payroll and managed bank account service. |
