Consultation process
Two stages of public consultation have been undertaken in line with the statutory process for Supplementary Planning Documents. The first phase of this consultation took place in Q4 2022 and lasted seven weeks including multiple public drop-in events and engagement activities. The second phase took place in Q2 2023 and lasted four weeks, consulting on a draft final document. Between phases of consultation changes were made to the document to reflect the feedback received from the public and stakeholder organisations. Further final changes have been made to the document following the second phase of consultation.
