This proposal is seeking to diversify the children’s residential home portfolio with a capital injection of £2.2M for the purchase and refurbishment of the properties, plus the associated staffing costs. Based on the identified need in 2023, the proposal seeks to acquire 4 x 3 or 4 bed properties which will form 2 small group living Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) hubs (two homes per hub).
