To agree the recommendation that the Council provides the arrangements for holding a ballot for Leeds BID’s third term 2025-2030, and if successful, subsequent collection of the BID levy.

The decision is deemed key as it benefits businesses and communities within the BID boundary which covers 3 electoral wards.

This decision forms part of our statutory responsibilities as set out in the BID regulations 2004.
