Initial consultation has been carried out with Garforth and Swillington Ward Councillors, Emergency Services, West Yorkshire Combined Authority, affected landowners, Trans Pennine Trail, British Horse Society and the Leeds Cycle Forum, with no objections being received.

No external consultation is required as no impact upon residential or commercial businesses.

Notification of works commencement shall be placed on site and any further comments received as part of this will be duly noted and taken into consideration.
