Approve the content of the Older People’s Housing Prospectus, attached at Appendices 1 and 2, and support the formal publication, following graphic design, of this document from late November 2015;
ii) Declare the sites listed at 3.12 surplus to Council requirement and agree for them to be marketed for disposal, with a preference for the development of older people’s specialist accommodation at these sites;
iii) Delegate authority to the Director of City Development to identify further sites to support the delivery of older people’s specialist accommodation;
iv) For any offers received on the sites listed at 3.12 to be referred to Executive Board for consideration.
