Increase of hourly rate of pay to a minimum of £8.25 from January 2017

Decision to increase the minimum hourly rate of pay to £8.25 per hour from January 2017.  This will have a cost impact of £0.3m in the financial year 16/17 and £1.1m in 17/18.  The full year effect on schools is £0.8m.
