Leeds 20 Mph Completion Programme

Approval of a programme to complete all remaining residential 20 mph zones and speed limits across Leeds, in line with ambitions previously outlined in reports to the Executive and Scrutiny Boards.

 

Approval to incur expenditure of £500,000 to complete approximately 90 remaining 20 mph speed limits in residential areas across Leeds, to be funded with £350,000 from the Local Transport Plan and £150,000 from the Council’s annual budget.
