To authorise the expenditure in excess of £250k to support the required works to facilitate placement of a ‘bulge’ cohort at Allerton CE Primary School as part of the Learning Places ‘Bulge’ Cohort Programme 2018. This is required to fulfil the aims of the Learning Places Programme, necessary to ensure sufficient pupil places. Due to timeframe no detailed cost information or professional services fees are available, however given the volume of work necessary it is anticipated that this scheme will exceed £250k.
