The Director Resources & Housing to approve a 12 month extension to the existing responsive drainage contract, currently held by Easaway. This option was included in the original contract and covers services in the east of the city.
The current contract expires on 31st March 2019; the contract has provision for this one year extension, which the delivery team would like to be initiated. The new contract end date will be 31st March 2020.
The decision to extend the current contract was taken after an assessment of the current providers’ performance, which was deemed good.
