Resources, equating to a number of full time equivalents, are required to free-up existing officers allowing them to dedicate their skills, knowledge and expertise in preparation for the imminent procurement of the Responsive Repairs & Voids services. Contracts need to be in place for services to be operational by April 2021. Currently, officers do not have the capacity to dedicate appropriate time to participate effectively in developing the technical aspects of the procurement; bringing in additional staff will facilitate this.
With appointments needed as soon as possible all recruitment routes are open including agency and open recruitment.
