The Director of City Development approved the terms for an acquisition of the long leasehold interests in the forty apartment portfolio outlined in  confidential appendix 1 to this report, and

The Director of Communities, Housing and Environment approved the incurring of the expenditure as outlined in confidential Appendix 1 to enable completion of the acquisition funded by the Housing Revenue Account capital funding, and

The Director of Communities, Housing and Environment noted those obligations and responsibilities accruing to the Council as long leaseholder of the forty units comprising the portfolio..
