The Director of Children & Families agreed to award the providers below to the 73823 - Leeds Electronic Market Place (EMP) for Supported Accommodation for Young People (aged from 16 and up to 25 years).

Quality and price were evaluated during the commissioning of this EMP. Award onto the EMP required providers to pass evaluation criteria for quality and price. The following providers met the minimum criteria for quality evaluation.

3. Keys PCE Ltd.
4. Northern Community Pathways Ltd.
5. The Sanctuary Project Ltd.
6. Independent Living Project.
7. Barnardos.
8. Smart Add Health.

Further discussion are still to take place with the providers below in relation to the price evaluation.
