The Director of Communities, Housing and Environment approved, in line with Contracts Procedure Rules 21, an extension to the Gas Safety Installations and Servicing contract with Sayes which will remain upon the same terms & conditions for a period of two years until 31st March 2024, at an estimated cost of £1.2m.
