03/08/2022 - To approve the waiver of CPR 9.1 and 9.2 to enter into a new contract with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) without seeking further competition, for a period of seven months from 1 September 2022

The Director of Resources approved the waiver of CPR’s 9.1 and 9.2 to award a seven month contract to the YPO from 1 September 2022 at an estimated value of £700,000.
