The Chief Officer (Highways and Transportation):
i) noted the contents of this report;
ii) noted the highway works as outlined in Section 3 and indicated on Drawing Number 299649-LCC-HWT-PH2-DR-CH-MI_02_ shown as Appendix 1 of this report;
iii) gave authority to complete the detailed design, and implement the works as set out in Section 3 using Highway Maintenance Seacroft Depot as Contractor; and
iv) gave authority to incur expenditure of £450,000 works costs and £50,000 staff fees to be funded from LCC capital borrowing resources.
