13/12/2018 - Approval to waive CPRs 9.1 and 9.2 for the interim use of the Council's current private adaptation bathing contractors to carry out installation of bathing facilities to domestic properties

The Director of Resources and Housing agreed to note the content of this report and approve the waiver of Contracts Procedure Rules 9.1 and 9.2 (High Value Procurements). This is to approve the use of private sector Bathing Contractors to undertake work in domestic properties without seeking competition. The contract value is up to £400,000.
