approved the use of Regulation 32 (2) (b) of the Public Contract
Regulations – “Negotiated Procedure without publication
of a notice” - to award a new contract to BMC Software
Distribution BV for the support and maintenance of the ICT Service
Management Tool (Remedy on Demand) for a period of 3 years, from
31st March 2019 to 30th March 2022 at a cost of £90,709.54
per year (£272,128.61 for 3 years).
