Approval needed to undertake a procurement exercise of multi-trade contractors to support Leeds Building Services (LBS) with delivery of multi-trade works to non-housing property civic and commercial properties. The proposal is likely to seek to appoint a number of contractors to a framework in order to deliver works for an initial term of 2 years with the option to extend for 2 x 12-month periods. The proposed contract will have an estimated annual value of £3 million. Therefore, the total contract value including the extensions is £12 million |
